At Nevis Planning, we believe it is important to understand the nature of development being proposed and the context which will be situated in. We offer a free 15-minute call to discuss these before proceeding with any works.

Transparent fee structures are available for planning appraisals, householder applications and supporting statements. Bespoke quotations are provided for larger or more complex projects.

*This fee will be waived if the client decides to proceed with a Certificate of Lawfulness, Prior Approval, Householder Planning or Full Planning application within 30 days of receiving the Planning Appraisal. Please note that all Nevis Planning fees shown on the table are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Fees may vary depending on the scale and complexity of the project. Third-party costs, such as architectural drawings and specialist reports, are excluded unless otherwise agreed. Third-party services are generally provided under separate appointments and invoiced directly by the relevant consultants. A detailed fee proposal will be provided as part of the detailed planning appraisal before any work commences.
